CHILDHOOD NOSTALGIA
Creating nostalgia with childhood classics at Barnes & Noble.
Throughout college, I had the opportunity to work at a Barnes and Noble in the children's section.
When I helped another child find the next copy of Captain Underpants, I always overheard the same thing, "I wish they would read the classics – but they think it's too boring!"
So I set out to find a way to create nostalgia again in a more interactive way – for parents and children to have more fun reading traditional childhood classics.
With new printed outlets, and utilizing Barnes & Nobles already notorious Member programs, led to more eye-catching ways to read children's classics.
