BETTER THAN YOUR MOM's

My grandmother was always a bad cook, and the only thing she really new how to cook was ramen. I created a food truck that pokes fun to idea not all Moms can cook well with an homage to things a Mom might say as the dish name. 

 

The dishes I have described are all items I have made a version of at some point in my life. It's a menu with a modern twist while still giving that classic vintage vibe.
